As a Full-Stack Developer, you will:
Participate in resolving business problems by defining user flows essential for system functionality.

Engage in end-to-end building of functionality using Ruby on Rails for the backend and React along with Redux for the Single Page Application (SPA) frontend, maintaining a balance of 50% backend and 50% frontend development.

Strong proficiency as a full-stack engineer, particularly with Ruby on Rails for backend development and React/Redux for frontend SPA architecture.
Excellent debugging capabilities, moving beyond basic print debugging for both Ruby and JavaScript stacks.
Experience with raw SQL and the ability to conduct slow query investigations on extensive datasets.
Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, including knowledge of branching, stashing, rebasing, and pushing changes in project repositories.
Solid understanding of Linux and familiarity with navigational commands, regular expressions, and efficient coding practices.
While not mandatory, the following skills can set candidates apart:
Understanding of cloud services like Kubernetes, AWS, and Azure.
Experience with monitoring tools such as NewRelic, Datadog, or Elastic.
Familiarity with Big Data concepts or expertise in ETL pipelines.
