Responsibilities

In this position, the consultant acts as a trusted advisor to customers. Responsibilities include:

• Understanding clients’ finance and procurement processes.
• Leading discovery sessions to identify and document business requirements.
• Translating these needs into accurate system configurations.
• Configuring the platform according to industry best practices.
• Advising clients on process improvements and potential automation opportunities.
• Supporting initiatives such as User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training sessions, and the Go-Live activities.
• Assisting customers in adapting to the platform and maximizing its business value.
• Providing insights on new product features and their implications for business processes.
• Collaborating closely with Project Managers, Technical Consultants, Product Specialists, and Customer Success teams.
• Managing multiple implementation projects simultaneously while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Required Skills

To qualify for this consulting role, candidates must meet several must-have requirements:

• Professional experience in Finance, Accounting, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Purchasing, Business Administration, or similar business functions.
• Experience in implementing ERP or Financial Systems and SaaS platforms.
• A solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Purchase-to-Pay, Source-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, or Spend Management processes.
• Direct experience with customers during software implementations.
• Proficiency in analyzing business processes and converting them into functional system configurations.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient-level English required due to customer-facing responsibilities.

Candidates possessing the following nice-to-have skills and experiences will have an added advantage:

• Familiarity with systems such as Medius, Oracle Financials, Oracle NetSuite, SAP FI / MM, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Infor M3, Coupa, Basware, Ariba, and Jaggaer.
• Competency in tools for Power BI, SQL, and other Business Intelligence or Reporting tools.

Recruitment Process
