Responsibilities

The HR Business Partner will be responsible for a range of duties that include:

  • Partnering with Managers: Act as the primary HR support for managers, assisting with functions such as performance management, goal-setting, and employee onboarding.
  • Shaping HR Initiatives: Actively engage in the creation and implementation of key HR initiatives including succession planning, employee engagement activities, and the streamlining of onboarding processes.
  • Using Data for Improvement: Utilize organizational metrics like turnover rates and feedback from exit interviews to identify improvement areas and execute appropriate solutions.
  • Building Company Culture: Contribute to fostering a unique and effective company culture through events like team tournaments and gatherings.

First 90 Days

In the initial 90 days, the new HR Business Partner should aim to:

  • Establish strong relationships with managers and important stakeholders within the organization.
  • Immersively engage in ongoing projects, particularly focusing on the new performance management system, while providing guidance to managers on its implementation.
  • Familiarize themselves with existing processes, policies, and systems to identify immediate opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates interested in this role must possess:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in roles such as HR Business Partner, People Partner, or HR Manager.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Ukrainian and English is essential to support Ukrainian-speaking team members and stakeholders effectively.
  • Mindset: An open and balanced mindset that aligns the needs of individuals with business objectives.
