Role and Responsibilities

First 90 Days

In your first three months, the emphasis will be on:

  • Relationship-building - Start forming strong ties with managers and stakeholders.
  • Project involvement - Get actively involved in existing projects, particularly the newly launched performance management system, providing guidance for its implementation.
  • Understanding processes - Familiarize yourself with the company’s current HR policies and practices and identify immediate opportunities for improvements.
