  • Preparing compliance documents needed for the BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue) and SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission).
  • Completing additional HR and administrative projects as they arise.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The prospective candidate for this role should meet the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Business Management, or a comparable field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in corporate governance or administration, preferably in a role similar to Corporate Admin Officer or Corporate Secretary in the Philippine context.
  • Familiarity with key government agency transactions, notably with the SEC, BIR, SSS, and local government units. Relevant experience dealing with public agencies or regulatory bodies is essential.

Working Hours and Environment
