  • Working closely with the HR Shared Services team to implement changes in the employment lifecycle and ensure client data integrity.

  • Identifying areas for process improvement in collaboration with HR Shared Services.

  • Completing ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Required Skills

To be successful as an HR Specialist at CrowdStrike, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree combined with at least three years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
