Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize incoming setup requests and support tickets efficiently to ensure accuracy across multiple concurrent projects.

  • Provide training and ongoing support to junior Implementation Specialists regarding setup processes.

  • Cooperate with Digital Project Managers to conduct audits and maintain quality control over setups.

Required Skills and Qualifications
