Build a high-velocity recruiting engine that efficiently identifies and recruits the best talent.
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across various roles and teams within TRM.

Develop creative sourcing strategies to help find and hire a diverse and exceptional team.
Continuously improve the recruiting processes to increase hiring efficiency.

A minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience within high-growth U.S.-based tech startups.
