Contract Type

Job Responsibilities

As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting inbound and outbound sales calls: You will be expected to handle around 200 calls weekly, with each call typically lasting between 6 to 15 minutes.
• Working during operating hours which are 7a-12a CST M-F and 8a-10p CST Sat-Sun. You’ll have the opportunity to work a maximum of 40 hours per week.
• Explaining the company’s mission: LawnStarter is a platform connecting lawn care professionals with homeowners, so you'll provide job estimates and upsell recurring services. Your role will center around effectively communicating with US-based customers to close sales.

• Previous experience using CRM and VoIP software is advantageous.
• Must have a computer, laptop, or desktop (not compatible with tablets, iPads, or smartphones) with at least 8GB RAM and a Core i5 Processor and use a noise-canceling headset.
• A reliable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps along with a backup connection of 10 Mbps is required, along with a consistent power source.

Work Environment

Candidates must have a quiet workspace free from distractions, as effective communication is vital for sales performance. The position requires availability to work on US hours, including weekends, and readiness for rotating shifts

Compensation and Benefits

The salary structure provides a competitive base salary of PHP 46,000 per month. Additionally, there is a performance-based commission that allows employees to earn an extra PHP 9,000 to PHP 37,000 incentives monthly, leading to a total potential compensation of PHP 55,000 to PHP 90,000 each month depending on consistent performance
