• Defining roles and responsibilities, conducting staff reviews, and handling recruitment and training processes.

• Serving as a technical adviser to management and providing software engineering perspectives related to system requirements.

• Creating conceptual and detailed technical design documents and other technical documentation.

• Performing additional duties as assigned and complying with all company policies and standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field such as statistics, mathematics, engineering, or computer science.
