Position Details

The position is primarily a contractual role and can be performed remotely from anywhere within the United States. It has been set up as a temporary assignment expected to last three months starting from March 2025 until June 2025, with a potential for extension. The role is managed through a third-party staffing agency partnered with Team Rubicon.



Key Responsibilities

The core duties associated with this position include:

  • Conducting investigations to address volunteer relations concerns.
  • Convening and leading participation status committees to provide timely and accurate responses to various stakeholder queries.
  • Collaborating closely with Branch teams to arrive at practical solutions that ensure both fairness and legal compliance.
  • Providing consultation and advice on volunteer relations issues to Team Rubicon's employees, Volunteer Leaders, and Command & Ground (C&G) staff.
  • Serving as an SME for strategic coaching to TR personnel at various organizational strata on matters involving
