As the Managing Director, you will:

  • Drive Strategic Growth: Identify and close new enterprise transformation opportunities that align with the capabilities of the Gravity platform.

  • Partner with C-Level Executives: Engage with senior stakeholders such as CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and CFOs to advise on AI readiness, digital transformation, and strategic data planning. This role is about building lasting executive relationships.

  • Enhance Platform Portfolio: Work collaboratively with product, sales, and solution engineering teams to broaden the platform's influence over clinical trials, patient support, and more.

  • Transformation Consulting: Develop enterprise-level AI roadmaps, assisting clients from pilot phases to full-scale operations and facilitating the necessary adaptation and change management strategies.

  • Thought Leadership: Represent Innovaccer at industry forums and innovation sessions to highlight the transformative capabilities of the company's AI solutions.

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor cross-functional teams comprising consultants, solution architects, and analysts to optimize client success and stimulate internal growth.

Essential Qualifications

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • 12-15+ years of professional experience specializing in life sciences strategy, digital transformation, or enterprise consulting.
  • A robust background from a top-tier consulting firm, particularly in areas focused on AI or digital platforms pertinent to life sciences.
  • An in-depth understanding of the life sciences sector, including R&D, clinical trials, and commercial operations.
  • A strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in leading initiatives that grew AI/digital platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, storytelling, and commercial insight skills.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, engineering, business, or related disciplines, with a preference for an MBA or similar credentials.
