Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will participate in significant health management activities specifically designed for the agricultural workforce. Your main duties will include:

  • Preventing professional dislocation among agricultural workers and ensuring their maintenance in employment.
  • Collaboratively working with a multidisciplinary health team consisting of doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to provide comprehensive care.
  • Coordinating with accident prevention advisors from the Agricultural Accident Insurance Funds.
  • Applying medical control procedures while respecting professional confidentiality and privacy.
  • Evaluating the health status of employees and managing particular situations as they arise.
  • Being part of team-oriented projects and delivering effective communication and educational outreach to both employees and employers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The position requires the following qualifications and skills:

  • A Doctorate in Medicine is essential.
  • A Diploma in Occupational Medicine (DES de médecine du travail or INMA diploma) focused on agriculture is preferred. Additionally, there is an option for MSA to cover the costs of this training for suitable candidates.
  • A commitment to upholding ethical medical practices and maintaining confidentiality.

Salary and Benefits
