Key Responsibilities

In this position, the developer will be involved in the following responsibilities:

• Technical Guidance: Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for technical inquiries related to programming and web development.

• Engage in Active Problem Solving: Work in a flat hierarchy to influence solutions actively and participate in planning and optimization efforts.

• Automate Manual Processes: Utilize the company's applications to automate and simplify manual workflows, improving efficiency across the organization.

Tech Stack

The position requires familiarity with the following technologies:

• Laravel 12
• MariaDB and DuckDB
• Docker for containerization
• Version Control through GitLab
• PHP 8.4

Required Skills

Ideal candidates should possess:

• A degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field.
• Approximately 2–5 years of practical experience in full-stack web application development.
• Proficiency with relational databases, specifically MariaDB and MySQL.
• Strong knowledge of Laravel, specifically Eloquent ORM.
• Experience in containerization and CI/CD processes (GitLab).
• An understanding of process automation and contemporary software architectures, such as workflows and API flows.
• Experience with automated testing, using tools like PHPUnit and Pest.
• Conversational proficiency in German.
• A passionate, solution-oriented personality who enjoys modern software development.
