The responsibilities of the person in this role include:
Managing the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees in the EMEA region, including generating offer letters and collaborating with local immigration partners.
Administering local employee benefits, such as health insurance, while coordinating with brokers and overseeing benefit renewals.
Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to offer HR guidance based on local labor laws and best practices.
Acting as a liaison for all operational aspects of the METNA region to ensure smooth processes.
Supporting legal entity incorporation and ongoing management alongside Immersive’s legal team.
Assisting the go-to-market team with deal administration and local compliance.
Engaging in special projects and other operational tasks required to support the wider operations team both locally and globally.
Ideal candidates for the People & Operations Partner position should have:
3-5 years of experience in People Operations and HR generalist roles.
Comprehensive knowledge of employee onboarding and offboarding policies and procedures.
A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail, demonstrating a process-oriented approach in daily tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in Arabic and English.
