To qualify for this position, applicants need to fulfill a set of essential criteria:
At least 5 years of experience in the HR field, specifically in People Operations, Total Rewards, or Talent Management at a Fortune 500 or large public entity, or at a leading HR advisory or executive search firm such as Mercer, Aon, or Korn Ferry.
Direct experience with enterprise HRIS and managing multi-country workforce considerations.
Adept understanding of Fortune 500 compensation frameworks, equity plans, and related regulatory environments.
