Key Responsibilities

The roles and responsibilities of the People Operations Specialist include:

• TALENT Grant Project Management: This entails contributing to the successful execution of the TALENT Grant project while adhering to budgetary and programmatic goals.

• Overseeing the Development component which includes:

  • Implementing a comprehensive manager training program.
  • Coordinating leadership forums and retreats.
  • Managing sessions for specialized skill development and rolling out a learning/knowledge management platform.

• Managing the implementation of a new HRIS system aimed at improving operational efficiency.

• Core People Operations Management: Provide daily support within the People Operations Department ensuring smooth execution and inter-departmental collaboration.

• Hands-on responsibility in maintaining administrative systems, including personnel files and documentation in line with Portuguese regulations.

• Managing the People Operations backlog and updating system processes.

• Support for Director of People Operations: Work closely with the Director on administrative tasks, contract management, and facilitating efficient operational systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
