Key Responsibilities

The People Operations Specialist is expected to:

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for employees across various regions, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as HR Business Partners, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and others to ensure efficient employee transitions.
• Administer background checks and manage the compliance training assignments.
• Maintain accurate HR records and manage HRIS data (e.g., HiBob) diligently.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for queries related to people operations, showcasing a responsive and solutions-focused approach.
• Contribute towards establishing scalable workflows, ensuring that process documentation is clear and updated regularly.
• Act as the go-to contact for audits concerning people data, ensuring all necessary documentation is transparent and compliant.
• Provide administrative support for various changes relating to the employee lifecycle.
• Foster strong relationships internally to uphold policy compliance while promoting an employee-centric ethos.
• Participate actively in team huddles, planning sessions, and a few in-person events.
