Required Skills

To excel in the People Partner role at Dropbox, applicants must possess the following skills and qualifications:

• 8 years or more of experience in Human Resources (HR) with at least 3 years dedicated to supporting managers and employees through performance management processes.

Compensation

The salary for the People Partner position at Dropbox will vary based on the US location zone:

• Zone 2: Between $143,100 and $193,500 USD.
• Zone 3: Ranging from $127,200 to $172,000 USD.

Notably, this role is not available for applicants in Zone 1.

Job Location

This position is remote, allowing candidates to work from their home office, while maintaining flexibility to travel occasionally for Dropbox events and gatherings.
