Required Skills
To excel in the People Partner role at Dropbox, applicants must possess the following skills and qualifications:
8 years or more of experience in Human Resources (HR) with at least 3 years dedicated to supporting managers and employees through performance management processes.
Excellent judgment in dealing with employee relations, demonstrating an empathetic approach while also balancing employee experience with business priorities.
