Job Description

As a Childcare Lawyer, the successful candidate will hold a demanding caseload primarily focused on child protection cases. Core responsibilities include:

• Deputizing for Senior Social Care Lawyers.
• Handling all aspects of a busy workload pertaining to child protection.
• Engaging in advocacy within the Central Family Court as required.
• Advising Social Services clients on legal matters both in person and via written communication.
