  • Acting as a consultative problem solver at the field level for clinical and supply chain contacts.
  • Conducting product trials and implementing all ICU Medical products.
  • Engaging with local organizations and chapters, such as AVA, INS, APIC, ONS, to network and improve market knowledge.
  • Collaborating with management to align sales efforts with company and regional targets.
  • Participating in special projects as assigned.
  • Working occasional weekends or nights as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must fulfill certain criteria to be eligible for this role:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, ideally in medical device sales, along with existing relationships in key regional health systems. Experience with needle-free infusion therapy products is a plus.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and developing strong relationships with customers.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong presentation abilities.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Compliance and Work Environment

This position requires ongoing compliance with credentialing requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination for roles that require visits to customer locations.

The role is field-based, meaning that while some tasks can be performed from a home office using standard office equipment, the candidate will spend significant time at customer locations.

Candidates should be prepared to travel over 50% of the time and must possess a valid driver's license, adhering to the company’s Authorized Driver Policy.
