  • Understanding of safety policy, governance, and independent challenge mechanisms.

  • Experience in managing regulatory interfaces and permissioning arrangements.

  • Familiarity with integrated management systems and compliance assurance practices.

  • Knowledge in event reporting and operational experience feedback systems.

  • Experience in developing nuclear capabilities, baselines, and managing organizational change.

  • Proficiency in competency-based training frameworks, including the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT).



  • Expertise in safety case development methodologies and their implementation.

  • Competency in radiological protection and waste management processes.
