Job Responsibilities

• Supporting Hazard Identification and Analysis studies.
• Assisting in generating safety reports and ensuring that all teams operate under the project's Safety Management System.
• Liaising with various teams involved in safety management and technical delivery across projects.
  This position provides a hands-on opportunity to engage in meaningful safety management and safety case delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, ideally with a minimum predicted or achieved grade of 2:2.
• Familiarity with Safety and Systems Engineering, as well as a solid understanding of the Engineering Life Cycle Management.
• Experience working effectively within a team, while also demonstrating the capability to manage tasks independently.
• Agility in adapting to various working practices and customer expectations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Preferably, experience in the maritime defence sector, though experiences in other areas will also be considered relevant. Candidates who thrive in teamwork settings and can show self-motivation in their work will be at an advantage.
