Lead infrastructure architecture and automation for SAP BTP-integrated workloads hosted in AWS.
Develop hybrid hyperscaler blueprints for integrating BTP components such as Kyma, IAS, HANA, and Integration Suite with Syniti's technology stack.
Define secure service boundaries, workload identity models, and runtime segmentation whilst building Infrastructure as Code (IaC) modules to deploy infrastructure and supporting services (e.g., VPCs, EKS, RDS, S3, Secrets Manager).
Collaborate effectively with the Platform Engineering and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams to establish end-to-end CI/CD and observability for workloads integrated with BTP.
Take ownership of technical delivery during infrastructure migration efforts towards BTP.
To qualify for this role, candidates must fulfill several essential requirements, including:
A minimum of 15 years in infrastructure or platform engineering roles, indicating a strong background in the field.
At least 5 years of advanced experience with core AWS services such as EKS, IAM, RDS, Secrets Manager, and CloudWatch.
A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting or integrating with SAP BTP or other SAP cloud ecosystems.
Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) technologies like Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation, alongside scripting capability in languages such as Python, Go, or PowerShell.
Experience in fortifying systems to comply with strict regulatory security standards, showcasing strong regulatory awareness and infrastructural-level security practices.
