Job Role

The primary function of the role involves collaborating with a team of experienced product managers to define and communicate a defined roadmap tailored for internal and external customers. Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Design innovative product features to assist with the management and submission of content that will be submitted to Health Authorities worldwide.

• Author high-quality design specifications using an agile methodology.

• Prioritize the development of features based on strategic initiatives and customer requirements, as well as internal technical needs.

• Interact with customers and different stakeholders including services, market owners, and sales, to fully understand their business needs.

• Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to drive high-quality implementation of product features.

• Act as a product evangelist, becoming a subject matter expert for both internal stakeholders and external customers.

Required Skills

To qualify for this position, the candidate must meet certain competencies:

• 3+ years of experience in a product management role, particularly in enterprise software environments.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal direct supervision.
• Strong communication skills, encompassing written, verbal, and formal presentation abilities.
• Technical skills to translate business needs into terms comprehensible to developers.
• Familiarity with PDF Standards, Adobe Acrobat, and traits of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Candidates should be located in the Eastern Time Zone or be at least one hour offset.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Familiarity with the SaaS product lifecycle and the capabilities to develop both short and long-term product roadmaps based on market requirements.
• Experience in interacting with client development and consulting teams, irrespective of their location.
• Understanding of the submission, publishing, and archiving processes along with the relevant standards affecting regulatory activities.
• Background in working with application platforms and regulated software sectors (e.g., Regulatory, FinTech).
