The Product Manager will play a pivotal role in defining and designing critical features used by Regulatory professionals across some of the world's largest life sciences companies. As part of a fast-growing company, the responsibilities include:
Designing innovative product features that assist customers in planning, tracking, and managing regulatory changes.
Authoring comprehensive design specifications using an agile methodology.
Prioritizing feature development based on strategic goals, customer needs, and internal technical requirements.
Engaging collaboratively with customers, professional services, strategy, and sales teams to understand and fulfill business needs.
Interacting with engineering and QA teams to ensure high-quality implementation of product features.
Promoting products effectively within the organization and to external customers, establishing oneself as a subject matter expert.
Candidates interested in this position should possess the following qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a product management role, specifically within enterprise software products.
A strong capacity for working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentation capabilities.
Technical aptitude for translating complex business requirements for developers.
A working understanding of relational databases and web technologies.
Candidates must be based in the Eastern Time Zone or be within a one-hour offset to meet team requirements.
While not mandatory, the following qualifications would be advantageous:
Experience in designing user-friendly interfaces that facilitate complex business processes for non-technical users.
Familiarity with building SaaS products and using application development platforms.
Background in regulatory information management within BioPharma or MedTech sectors.
Exposure to regulated software fields such as Regulatory and FinTech.
Experience in interacting with customers and project teams remotely and across different geographic locations.
In terms of salary, this position offers a base pay range of $75,000 to $165,000 CAD. This range is meant to comply with local regulations and reflects variability based on candidates' experience and location. The company's compensation structure is tailored to recognize unique qualifications and expected contributions, and may include additional compensation such as a variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
