Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven track record in implementing voice of customer programs and effectively influencing product teams based on customer feedback.
  • Experience with product analytics tools such as Pendo, Mixpanel, or Amplitude to draw and present valuable insights.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and storytelling abilities.
  • Proven capability to work across regional and global teams effectively.
  • An understanding of the US compliance, risk, or B2B enterprise market is highly preferred.
