Job Role

• Acting as the main liaison between technical engineers and customers to clarify project scopes.

• Tracking project progress, identifying dependencies, and ensuring timely follow-ups on outstanding tasks.

• Collaborating with the Implementation Manager to maintain various standardized project documents including checklists and tracking sheets.

• Participating in interface planning sessions for requirement gathering and documentation.

• Supporting onboarding projects as needed by coordinating deliverables and providing training assistance.

• Performing any additional duties as assigned to align with team and organizational objectives.

Qualifications

The position calls for candidates with a range of skills and experiences, including:

• 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, ideally in a technical setting related to public safety software.

• A solid foundation in project deployment, technical support, and customer service.
