Project Monitoring: Continuously monitor the financial, resource, and quality health of assigned projects. The Project Manager is expected to provide regular updates to the client engagement leadership team regarding project health and recommend corrective actions as needed.
Task Management: Translate final approved specifications into Jira tickets and maintain an integrated master timeline using BigPicture. Responsibilities also include tracking project progress, highlighting risks, and managing decision logs and approvals with all stakeholders involved.
Quality Assurance: Collaborate with engineering and QA leads to plan and coordinate technical QA, conduct integrated end-to-end testing, and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure readiness and sign-offs.
Communication: Conduct and lead kick-off and status meetings with internal teams to ensure thorough communication with all involved stakeholders at every project stage. This includes effectively communicating project status to the Account Manager and/or Client Partnership Lead.
Scope Management: Closely monitor requirements and design processes to avoid or resolve scope creep and mitigate risks associated with revenue loss or efficiency issues within projects.
Continuous Improvement: Track lessons learned and participate in project retrospectives. The Project Manager is also encouraged to champion existing processes while identifying and presenting potential improvements to the Project Management Office (PMO) leadership.
