  • An educational background or relevant certifications in fields such as economics, business, math, statistics, information systems, or project management.
  • Proficiency with project management software and methodologies, particularly within Microsoft 365 applications.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.

While a Project Management Certification is preferred, it is not a strict requirement. Candidates must be legally authorized to work within the United States without the need for immigration support or sponsorship from Milliman.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for the Project Manager position is between $104,900 and $207,720. This figure can vary based on qualifications such as education, work experience, and location, among other factors.
