As a Project Manager II, you will become an integral part of the Portfolio Management team at Myriad360. You will be responsible for:
Executing and managing projects within a program, closely aligning with the strategic objectives of the program.
Maintaining organizational standards regarding satisfaction, quality, and performance levels.
Taking charge of IT projects from initiation through to completion, confirming that all requisite standards are met.
Assisting in the analysis of project scope to establish time frames, funding limits, and the necessary lifecycle for project delivery.
Scheduling project deliverables, milestones, and requisite activities effectively.
Providing leadership and motivation to project team members throughout every stage of the project life cycle.
Developing and implementing comprehensive communication plans, conducting risk assessments, creating necessary mitigation strategies, and managing stakeholder engagement alongside project documentation.
Ensuring that project objectives consistently align with overall business goals by coordinating various activities, managing timelines, and adhering to budgets.
Preparing regular project status reports and adjusting schedules or plans as necessary to achieve project milestones successfully.
Overseeing multiple projects to ensure they meet both client requirements and company standards consistently.
Upholding compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards in project execution.
Following the portfolio management processes and methodologies outlined by Myriad360 to ensure successful client-focused outcomes.
Remaining up-to-date with ongoing security awareness training and complying with company policies while actively contributing to remediation efforts related to security risks.
Completing other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Candidates sought for this role should possess the following:
An active PMP certification as a prerequisite.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with a special focus on external client-facing roles.
Extensive experience in managing projects that necessitate the coordination of multiple teams and subcontractors across different locations.
A proven track record in delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget constraints.
Proficiency in utilizing project management software such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, complemented by excellent communication abilities, both written and oral.
Exceptional organizational skills along with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
While not mandatory, the following skills would be beneficial:
