Job Role

  • Conduct competitive audits to inform the design process,
  • Create journey maps and service blueprints that align the team around the experience architecture.

2. Design Leadership & Execution

In managing the end-to-end design aspects:

  • You will oversee the creation of wireframes, leading to the finalized UI for various digital products,
  • Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure high-quality execution,
  • Present design work at different stages, facilitating client feedback and iterations to improve outcomes.

3. Team & Practice Leadership

Your role includes mentoring mid-level and junior product designers, offering guidance, feedback, and support to improve their skill sets while also contributing to hiring, onboarding, and professional development as the product team continues to grow.

Qualifications

Candidates applying for this role should possess 8+ years of product design experience, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates:

  • Exceptional UX thinking and interaction design skills,

Salary and Benefits
