Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A high school diploma is required, with a Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field being strongly preferred.

  • At least 1 year of recruiting experience is essential, demonstrating success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

  • Familiarity with recruitment technologies, especially Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools, is necessary.
