As an Onboarding Specialist, the main responsibilities include:
Owning the relationship during the initial onboarding process for new Key Accounts. This includes account activation, increasing adoption and product utilization, and ensuring a trusted relationship is established.
Handling long-term support requests for training and coaching for all Key Accounts following onboarding, ensuring that clients can maximize the benefits of Housecall Pro’s offerings.
Effectively communicating client information, trends, and feedback across various internal teams such as sales, marketing, engineering, and tech support.
Identifying opportunities for account expansion and developing relationships that lead to customer advocacy.
Innovating on support processes and proactively seeking improvements to the customer experience.
Troubleshooting technical issues while providing creative solutions.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess:
Preference given to bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) and those with established relationships within relevant industries like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
Proven success working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Experience with CRM systems and familiarity with customer success methodologies.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, alongside strong problem-solving abilities are essential.
