Role Overview

Nerdio is seeking a Sales Development Team Lead who is passionate about developing high-performing sales teams. The individual will act as both a coach and a player, ensuring that the SDR team meets its targets and thrives in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

In the position of Sales Development Team Lead, the successful candidate will be tasked with the following responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the SDR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings for feedback and coaching while managing low performance and analyzing metrics for improvement. Design and implement ongoing training programs to enhance critical skills such as product knowledge and sales techniques. Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new SDRs to ensure a smooth transition into their roles. Manage daily activities for the team, including managing outreach efforts to ensure KPIs are met. Oversee inbound and outbound lead management, ensuring effective usage of CRM and sales tools to track performance. Align lead generation strategies with Sales and Marketing teams, providing feedback on lead quality to optimize effectiveness. Collaborate with senior leadership on the execution of sales development strategies and ongoing enablement initiatives.
