Job Title and Role

The position being offered is for a Senior Client Project Manager specializing in Medical Imaging and Radiology. The role involves leading large-scale, integrated software implementation projects that support both new and existing strategic clients. One key aspect of this position is ensuring that the projects are executed following Intelerad’s established project methodology. This includes ongoing reporting and coordination with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

The Senior Client Project Manager will:

  • Lead multiple integrated software system implementation projects from the kickoff stage through to implementation and client acceptance.
  • Oversee the efforts of assigned Intelerad team members to ensure collaboration and efficiency.
  • Develop, manage, and execute detailed project plans that align with clients' needs and expectations.
  • Create and update relevant project documentation for both Intelerad and the client.
  • Facilitate effective communication between clients, Intelerad, and other project stakeholders.
  • Identify areas of potential improvement during implementation projects as part of Lessons Learned Management.
  • Regularly report on project progress concerning revenue, activated Annual Recurring Revenue, and forecasted revenue recognition.
  • Support strategic clients with planning additional projects within an overarching program.
  • Participate with the PMO staff in continuous process improvement efforts for internal departments.

Qualifications

Intelerad seeks candidates with a robust set of skills and experiences, specifically:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
  • At least 6 years of experience in managing technical projects, especially software implementations, that involve risk, scope, quality, and budget management.
  • Proven results in delivering projects to external clients, ideally within a professional services context.
  • Strong technical aptitude with a capability to grasp complex medical imaging concepts quickly.
  • Exceptional skills in communication, influencing, and presenting information effectively.
  • Proficient negotiation, planning, and project reporting skills.
  • Native fluency or capability in conducting business in English; French language skills are a plus.
  • A strategic mindset with experience briefed to executive-level personnel on financial performance metrics.
  • Experience identifying and driving process improvements based on informed decision-making.

Preferred Skills

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are preferred:



  • Familiarity with Agile software development and project management methodologies.
  • A background in a rapidly scaling technology/software business.
  • Experience in the medical imaging field, including PACS Admin or RIS experience with implementation or project management roles.
  • Professional certifications such as CAPM, Prince2, PMP, or ITIL.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, IT infrastructure, VPNs, and cloud hosting solutions.
