Key Responsibilities

In this role, the Senior Compensation Manager will directly engage with various departments including Business, Finance, Talent Acquisition (TA), Talent Engagement, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and HR - People Operations. The objectives will be to meet the People Agenda goals and achieve desired outcomes through collaborative efforts.

The successful candidate will design, manage, and revise Menlo’s compensation philosophy, policies, practices, and processes to ensure competitive compensation practices. Responsibilities will encompass:

  • Owning and overseeing the global compensation process, refining promotion processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Educating leaders and employees on compensation approaches to maintain transparency.
  • Ensuring that all company rewards programs are consistently administered, compliant with internal policies, and aligned with government regulations.
  • Providing strategy and financial analysis, directing holistic benefit program decisions.
  • Designing innovative solutions for rewards and incentive plans.
  • Participating in salary surveys to monitor data effectively and ensure compensation objectives are met.
  • Managing the HR Tech stack and maintaining a structured organizational relationship that accurately reflects job and position categorization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits

Menlo Security offers a highly competitive total compensation package. The base salary range for the Senior Compensation Manager role is $131,000 - $230,000.
