Wrapbook is seeking a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to shape and build this critical function from the ground up. This role is pivotal, laying the foundation for customer engagement strategies that will enhance the customer experience from their initial login through long-term advocacy. Responsibilities

The Senior Customer Marketing Manager will:

  • Establish the Customer Marketing Function: Define strategies and operational models for customer marketing, focusing on the full customer lifecycle.

  • Community & Customer Engagement: Design and implement community engagement strategies for core audiences including finance executives and production accountants. This includes managing and cultivating a Customer Advisory Board for feedback and partnerships.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product, product marketing, and client operations teams to align customer marketing initiatives with overarching business goals and product strategies.

  • Customer Communications: Take charge of key communication channels, guiding customers through onboarding, renewal, and advocacy stages.

  • Automation, AI & Operational Excellence: Collaborate with the AI leader to identify automation opportunities that enhance workflow and execution in customer marketing, ensuring quality and speed in generating insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position should have:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in customer marketing or lifecycle marketing, with proven skills in building or significantly enhancing a customer marketing function.

  • In-depth knowledge of lifecycle marketing strategies, including journey mapping and multi-channel campaign execution.

  • Hands-on experience with customer communication platforms and marketing automation tools.

  • Ability to run a structured Customer Advisory Board or similar engagement programs.

  • A data-driven approach to defining success metrics and analyzing performance.

  • Experience utilizing AI tools for research and customer insight workflows.

  • Strong written communication skills with a sharp editorial instinct to connect with customers effectively.

Additional Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the media production and gig economy industries would be considered a plus.

  • Experience engaging with operations-heavy customer personas such as accountants and production coordinators.

  • A background in community building or managing customer advocacy initiatives.
