Providing subject matter expertise on Vault R&D migration implementation, especially regarding the migration of document content and object data from legacy systems to the Vault.
Advising clients on the extract, transform, and load (ETL) process, ensuring data accuracy and integrity during migration.
Mentoring Veeva Data Migration Specialists on best practices and migration activities.
Contributing to the creation of a robust migration program by adding to the Professional Services knowledge base.
Providing guidance on the development of migration tools aimed to facilitate the ETL process.
Assisting in project scoping estimates tailored for the Vault R&D product suite.
Candidates should have a plethora of experience and skills, specifically:
7+ years of expertise in document/content migration utilizing enterprise content management systems such as Documentum, OpenText, Box, or SharePoint.
7+ years of experience in database migration with enterprise software systems, notably SAP, Salesforce.com, PeopleSoft, Oracle, etc.
A proven track record of engaging in customer-facing technical consulting, particularly with senior management and executives, as a subject matter expert.
Experience in leading and mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative work environment that encourages growth and knowledge-sharing.
Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
A willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
Must be located in Canada or the U.S. and legally authorized to be employed in either region.
While the above qualifications are critical, the following additional expertise is advantageous:
Experience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.
Knowledge of Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, or Safety business processes.
Prior experience with Project Management in enterprise software implementations.
Familiarity with GxP and software validation regulations and the migration verification process.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary structure ranging from $90,000 to $185,000 CAD. The salary range is determined to comply with local regulations and will vary according to individual experience and location. Each candidate's compensation package may include additional bonuses such as a variable bonus and/or stock bonus, reflecting their unique qualifications and contributions.
