Qualifications and Experience

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and experiences:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or a closely related role.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Tableau, with a focus on data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables during this 5+ year experience.
  • Experience in SQL and the ability to define requirements using data and metrics for insightful business analysis.
  • Proven ability in problem-solving, project management, exceptional organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to represent complex quantitative data in an easily understood format, with skill in conducting clear and concise presentations.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with independence and minimal supervision.

Preferred skills and experiences may include:

  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, ideally HighJump/Korber.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Oracle eBusiness Suite, with a focus on modules like Order Management, Shipping, Inventory, and Planning.
  • Lean or Six Sigma certifications or knowledge.
