Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Designer in Tabby’s Customer Lifecycle Team, which falls under the Growth & Retention stream, the successful candidate will:

• Design intuitive onboarding experiences that foster trust and guide users through their initial interaction with Tabby.
• Create activation flows from scratch, guiding users to realize their first successful experience with the platform (termed the ‘aha moment’).
• Develop personalized communication touchpoints that enrich user engagement throughout their lifecycle with Tabby.
• Formulate retention and reactivation strategies utilizing personalization techniques to keep users engaged and demonstrate the product’s ongoing value in their lives.
• Generate dynamic and adaptive experiences that resonate with users' habits and shopping preferences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, UX researchers, and marketing personnel, to ensure alignment and coherence in the user experience.
• Utilize experimentation, user insights, and behavioral data to continuously enhance and optimize the designs produced.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Product Design focused on developing intricate products and systems.
• Proven track record in constructing mobile applications and interfaces catering to sizable audiences.
