The Senior Product Designer will work within the CX & Internal tools team focusing on enhancing user experiences for both the external customers and the internal team members. This role includes a broad range of responsibilities, primarily aimed at improving user interfaces and optimizing business processes. Key responsibilities include:
Launching New Products: Take full ownership of the design processes for new tools or experiences, overseeing everything from initial discovery to the go-live phase.
Polishing Existing Products: Actively improve existing features and flows to enhance quality and user satisfaction through thoughtful design iterations.
Domain Knowledge Engagement: Immerse oneself in understanding the business and user needs to design impactful solutions, ensuring relevancy and effectiveness.
Dogfooding: Regularly use internal tools to gain insights, pinpoint issues, and stimulate innovative improvements based on real-life experiences.
Participation in Key Discussions: Collaborate with product and tech teams to shape design outcomes beneficial to users and the company.
User Research: Plan and execute user research projects to validate design ideas and identify common pain points that need addressing.
