To excel in this role, candidates must bring valuable skills and qualifications, which include:
A Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent, along with 12 years of relevant experience in product management, particularly focusing on networking products, ideally at Layer 4/Layer 7.
Proven experience in product development, including launching new products and establishing them in the market.
Demonstrated capability in defining an end-to-end product experience that resonates with users and stakeholders.
A strong ability to work with customers, coupled with creativity in finding solutions that meet their needs.
Experience in employing data-driven decision-making processes to guide product strategy and development.
