Responsibilities

The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for various tasks:

• Leading the full-cycle recruitment process for mid and senior-level positions, mainly in Rochester, MN.
• Engaging in stakeholder management by closely collaborating with both hiring teams and candidates, including pre-screening resumes, conducting phone screens, and scheduling interviews.
• Actively building and managing a candidate pipeline, performing background checks to ensure compliance with company requirements.
• Utilizing applicant tracking systems to automate tasks and enhance the candidate experience.
• Providing essential administrative support to the recruitment team, ensuring organized and accurate records.
• Maintaining excellent communication and updates with the recruiting team to proactively address scheduling issues.
• Supporting recruitment-related projects and preparing metrics to keep hiring teams informed and aligned with recruitment efforts.

Required Skills

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A minimum of 8 years in recruitment, specifically in the Architecture, Interior, and Engineering (AEI) industry.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems; prior experience with Greenhouse ATS is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and effective talent research methods.
• Ability to manage a fluctuating workload while balancing multiple priorities with a mindset geared toward continuous improvement.
• Strong work ethic and accountability, capable of working with minimal supervision.
