  • Act as an escalation point for complex deal structures and ensure alignment across essential platforms such as HubSpot and PandaDoc to facilitate a smooth process for Finance and Delivery.

Systems & Platform Optimisation

  • Lead the improvement of HubSpot to enhance data accuracy and sales workflow efficiency.

  • Manage and optimize PandaDoc, ensuring pricing templates and approval workflows are timely and accurate.

  • Identify opportunities for automation to improve the efficiency of the quote-to-close process across the sales platforms.

Process Improvement & Revenue Operations

  • Analyze and enhance end-to-end revenue processes, minimizing friction points.

  • Maintain thorough documentation related to revenue workflows and define data standards.

  • Track KPIs such as deal velocity and conversion rates, providing actionable insights to the leadership team for ongoing operational enhancement.

Reporting & Insight Generation

  • Create and manage dashboards that monitor pipeline health and sales productivity.

  • Analyze patterns in sales behavior, such as discounting and conversion patterns, to improve forecasting and decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience

To effectively fulfill the role, candidates should possess a mix of educational background and hands-on experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related fields.
