## Key Responsibilities In your role as a Senior Software Engineer, you will be expected to:
Facilitate effective communication with client project stakeholders regarding project status and recommendations.
Craft client code that is not only efficient but also performant, testable, scalable, secure, and of the highest quality.
Actively participate in accurate planning and estimation efforts using project methods and tools.
Gather requirements and organize/present developed features for clients.
Execute complex activities within the current methodology and quality standards, showcasing success across diverse engagements.
Engage in agile software development activities including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and team retrospectives.
Drive project delivery independently within defined architecture, demonstrating autonomy and accountability.
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in React with TypeScript (or a similar framework).
At least 5 years of experience in Java, working specifically with SpringBoot, JUnit, Gradle, and other open-source libraries.
More than 5 years of professional experience building web applications in an Agile/Scrum environment, with cloud deployment experience (AWS is preferred).
Strong capability in leading technical architecture discussions and driving technical decisions.
Proficiency in writing understandable, testable, and maintainable code.
Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
A solid understanding of computer science fundamentals such as data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, and information retrieval.
A robust understanding of testing, including the testing pyramid and pipelines, with a focus on delivering high-quality software.
Proficiency in the English language.
