Specify detailed requirements for test tools and infrastructure, including logging equipment, Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) systems, and automation frameworks.
Apply various dynamic and static test techniques to validate system behavior under diverse operating conditions.
Design and implement thoroughly comprehensive test cases that align with system requirements and functional expectations.
Collaborate with verification and validation teams to ensure consistency, while reviewing test results and identifying areas for improvement.
To qualify for this position, you should possess a strong blend of experience, training, and capabilities, including:
Extensive experience in testing ADAS systems, with robust knowledge of ADAS functions, platform services, and health management systems, including aspects like function degradation and fault diagnostics.
A deep understanding of Systems Engineering principles, particularly knowledge of the V-Model focused on requirements-based testing, design verification, and full requirements coverage.
Proven expertise in Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) processes and ISO 26262 functional safety standards, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
A solid understanding of the AUTOSAR architecture (both Classic and Adaptive) as well as QNX operating systems, along with practical experience incorporating these technologies into automotive platforms.
Experience with modern testing methods, including dynamic and static testing, alongside hands-on knowledge in test automation and using Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) systems for both open and closed-loop testing.
Proficiency in various tools and scripting languages such as CAPL, CANoe, CANape, Python, UDS diagnostics, and the Trace32 debugger, supporting efficient test execution and thorough data analysis.
An education at the degree level in a relevant technical field, complemented by strong communication abilities and a collaborative working approach with other ADAS Verification and Validation teams, while contributing to process improvement initiatives.
