Position Details

The Senior Talent Sourcer role is a key position within PayDo's rapidly growing Talent Acquisition team. The team is composed of the Head of Talent Acquisition, four TA Specialists, and one Talent Sourcer, who collectively support recruitment across a variety of departments, including but not limited to Risk and Compliance, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Talent Sourcer, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively sourcing and identifying qualified candidates for various open positions across multiple departments.

  • Utilizing diverse sourcing techniques such as Boolean searches, social media platforms, professional networks, and online databases.

  • Crafting engaging outreach messages to attract potential candidates.

  • Building and nurturing relationships with candidates to keep them engaged throughout the recruitment process.

  • Conducting pre-screening of candidates to assess their alignment with job requirements.

  • Collaborating closely with TA Specialists to understand their specific hiring needs and expectations for each role.

  • Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies.

  • Maintaining organized records of sourcing activities and candidate interactions.

  • Meeting and exceeding established sourcing goals and metrics, with potential involvement in conducting pre-screening calls.

Required Skills

Candidates are expected to bring at least 2 years of experience in talent sourcing, ideally for non-technical roles. Specific skill requirements include:

  • C1 level proficiency in English.

  • Strong understanding of Boolean search techniques and various sourcing tools.

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Corporate.



  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the building of rapport with candidates.

  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.

  • A proactive, resourceful approach with a strong sense of urgency.

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), particularly GreenHouse.
