Candidates must demonstrate the following qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
At least four years of technical writing experience, particularly in SaaS environments, with a preference for backgrounds in fintech or insurtech.
Experience in documenting APIs, developer integrations, and complex workflows that cater to different audience levels.
Proficiency in modern documentation platforms such as GitBook, Notion, or Confluence, as well as experience with docs-as-code workflows (e.g., Markdown, Git) and tools like Swagger, Postman, or OpenAPI.
Demonstrated experience in leading and optimizing AI-native workflows for content development and review.
Strong abilities in documenting processes, including workflow mapping, requirements gathering, and change management documentation.
Effective cross-functional collaboration skills, with a proven track record of successful work with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
