  • Maintaining and improving policies relating to PCI Compliance, Gift Cards, Tax Exemptions, and Discounts.

  • Creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), job aids, and guides that encompass all POS and IT processes within stores, such as user guides for POS systems, returns, exchanges, and all compliance mandates.

  • Developing a comprehensive POS roadmap in association with the Global Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) teams, IT specialists, and field teams, with the ultimate aim to enhance capabilities and unlock additional value for the organization.

  • Owning the hardware strategy for U.S. and Canadian stores, which includes overseeing all fixed and mobile POS equipment, payment devices, and RFID components.

  • Acting as a bridge between field leaders and product/IT teams to identify improvements and prioritize enhancements that can drive better business results and enhance the overall consumer experience.

  • Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on all technology updates and changes, ensuring that they fulfill business requirements effectively.

  • Supporting training initiatives, including creating training materials for various operational areas under your responsibility.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and implement strategies that enhance both efficiency and accuracy in pricing and promotional tasks.

Job Requirements

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess several required skills and experiences:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates with at least five years of combined college education and work experience may substitute for a degree.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or store operations.



  • Preferred experience may include exposure to project management and diverse team collaborations.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are crucial, as is the ability to present effectively to all levels within the organization.

  • Specialized knowledge related to retail processes and proficiency with inventory tools and systems is expected.
